This past month, members of Davidson Meaux’s railroad litigation team, Jack McElligott, Jr. and Kevin Dills offered a dynamic presentation on foreseeable risk and post injury suicide at the National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel’s Fall Meeting in New Orleans. The programming was top notch, covering a variety of developing legal issues and offering practice tips for both the seasoned and novice attorney. The team enjoyed open discussions during the CLE programing on litigation strategy and defenses, networking with NARTC members from across the country, and were able to attend an epic Saints game while in the Big Easy!
