Myles Sonnier joined the firm in 2021, and primarily practices in the areas of general insurance defense, commercial litigation, premises liability, and personal injury.
Myles graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, earning the Order of the Coif distinction. During law school, Myles clerked for the Honorable Judge Michael J. McDonald of the Louisiana First Circuit Court of Appeal. Prior to law school, he earned a B.A. in political science from Louisiana State University in 2017.
Myles is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He also serves on the high school mock trial committee for the Lafayette Parish Bar Association Young Lawyers Section.
Myles is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts, as well as the United States District Court for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Louisiana.
When not practicing law, Myles enjoying hiking, travelling, and spending time with his family.
