Anne Elise Brodsky

Anne Elise Brodsky is an associate attorney and a Lafayette native. Her areas of practice include premises liability, insurance defense, estate planning, and real estate closings. She is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all Louisiana state courts as well as in The United States District Court for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Louisiana. Anne Elise is also admitted to practice before the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She represents clients in both state and federal court litigation, including through the appellate process.

Anne Elise earned her J.D. in 2018 from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was an active member of the Association of Women Law Students and Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. Anne Elise was honorably inducted into the Stuart H. Smith Center Law Clinic & Center for Social Justice. She participated in the Family Law division, in which she represented children in custody disputes, assisted non-violent offenders in the Reentry program, prepared Continuing Tutorships, represented absentee defendants, and represented clients in various other family law matters, including grandparents’ rights.

Anne Elise is a member of the Lafayette Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, One Acadiana, and Lafayette Volunteer Lawyers. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Michael; spending time outdoors; and exploring Lafayette, often with her puppy, Jolie, in tow.
